Impact on Customers

In the interest of the health of our customers and staff, all on-site services will be postponed until further notice, with the earliest estimated resumption being the end of April but subject to change.
Remote (web) services are available on request and subject to availability. Contact support if you had already scheduled on-site services and would like to inquire about postponing or rescheduling as remote services.

Health of our Staff

The health of our team is our number one priority. In order to help minimize risk, we are observing "social distancing" by providing tools for our team to work remotely. They have access to all of the tools required to support and service our customers as well as maintain normal business processes.

Access to our Software

Your Paris software can be configured to be managed remotely through a web browser. If you have any questions about configuring your software for remote access, please contact our Support team.
License authorizations will not be affected.

Continuity of Support and Services

Support and services are provided remotely and are not expected to encounter any interruption. Our global team of support and business professionals are configured to provide a seamless customer experience.
Our software and support is delivered digitally. We therefore anticipate no supply-chain concerns or interruptions.
